Privacy policy

We collect the minimum we need to sell you a server and support it afterwards. We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
What we collect
- Order details — your name, email address, and optionally company, country, phone number and setup notes.
- Payment records — the amount, currency, gateway and a transaction reference. Card numbers are handled by Stripe, Razorpay or PayPal and never reach our servers.
- Service data — the instance you bought, its region, and operational logs needed to keep it running.
- Site preferences — your saved configuration, stored in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device until you place an order.
Why we hold it
To provision and support your instance, to take payment, to meet accounting and tax obligations, and to contact you about your service. That is the full list. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Our payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal), Amazon Web Services as our infrastructure provider, and our email delivery provider. Each processes data only to deliver the service. We disclose data to authorities only where we are legally compelled to.
How long we keep it
Order and billing records for seven years, as tax law generally requires. Operational logs for 90 days. Instance data is destroyed seven days after a plan ends.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Email privacy@rdpgo.net and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your saved configuration lives in local storage, which you can clear at any time from your browser settings.
