Within 1–2 hours of your payment clearing, at any hour of the day. You will receive an email containing the server IP address, an administrator username and password, and a short guide for connecting from Windows, macOS, Linux, Android or iOS. Most orders are delivered well inside the window.
Yes. Every instance is provisioned on Amazon Web Services EC2 in the region you select. We buy capacity in volume and manage the fleet ourselves, which is how the price comes down. RDPGo is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a reseller partner of Amazon Web Services.
You do. You receive the administrator account for the machine, so you can install software, edit the registry, configure the firewall, add users, join a domain and reboot whenever you want. We do not install monitoring agents or restrict what you run.
Yes, Windows Server licensing is included in the monthly price on every plan. Windows 11 Pro carries a small surcharge shown in the configurator. There is nothing further to buy and no separate activation step.
Yes. Contact support and we will move you to a larger tier, usually with only a short reboot. Your data, your installed software and your IP address stay exactly as they are, and you pay only the pro-rata difference for the rest of your term.
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe; UPI, net banking, RuPay and wallets via Razorpay for customers in India; and PayPal balance or card via PayPal. Checkout is encrypted end to end and we never store your card details.
If the instance does not work as described, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will refund you in full. After that, cancel any time and we refund the unused portion of your term pro-rata. Refunds are not available where an account has been used for abuse.
No spam, no port scanning or brute forcing, no DDoS tooling, no malware distribution, no crypto mining, and nothing illegal in the jurisdiction of your chosen region. AWS acceptable use rules apply on top of ours. Abuse gets an instance terminated without refund.
